If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our Merchant Support team within 5 days of product delivery.  

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. You will need a Return code from us so please contact us to get it. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 5 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. 
  • Refunds will go to the original payment method and this cannot be changed to a different one.


In Jadrina we try to make and ship your products as fast as we can, so when you place an order, most of the time our teams start working on it right away. For that we cannot offer cancelations. If you changed your mind about an order, contact as soon as possible and we will try to help you. 

Processing time: 

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. We always try to ship as fast as we can but cannot guarantee  the delivery time as many factors are involved like Stock, Shipping provider, Weather and many more. We for sure try our best to process and ship ASAP.  The average order is mailed within 5 business days with tops to 10 business days. 

Customs and Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible (as we have no control) for delays due to customs.
